All candidate applying to Genesis Reset Crew (GRC) must agree to GRC’s worker policies and contract. Both employees and independent contractors must verify their qualifications, background, and eligibility to work in the designated employment territory. All information obtained from the application form and during the interview process will be held in strict confidence. GRC does not discriminate based on sex, age, race, physical disability, religion, ethnicity, marital status, ancestry, or place of origin. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the employment territory and must consent to previous employers releasing employment information. Selected independent contractors must complete a W-9 form before being assigned to a work site and must possess personal liability coverage. By signing and submitting this application form, and attaching a valid ID confirming signature and appearance, applicants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
